2. Placing bets automatically using software or bots
3. Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's information
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
5. Exploiting vulnerabilities in the kf666 system for unfair advantage
6. Using kf666 as a channel for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

Members may request account closure at any time. All pending transactions must be settled first, and the closure will not be finalized until the account balance reaches zero.

Kf666 may close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of Terms & Conditions is established
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, members whose identity has been verified will have the opportunity to have that balance returned.

Kf666 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures. However, affected members will be assisted with a fair resolution where possible.

In the event of a dispute, please raise a complaint with the support team first. The team will endeavour to resolve it within 48 hours. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a higher level.

Kf666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered phone number or in-app notification.
